Where is CityWorks (X)po being held?

CityWorks (X)po will be held at the historic City Market Building, which is located at 213 Market Street Southeast, Roanoke, VA 24011.

How do I register?

Registration is now open. You can register online. Registration queries should be directed to: info[at]CityWorksXpo[dot]com, 540 767-2424.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

The accepted forms of payment are checks (via Payment by Invoice), and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Registrations must be accompanied by payment. Funds must be in U.S. Dollars. Checks should be made payable to CityWorks (X)po.

What is the early bird deadline?

The deadline for early registration ($350) is July 21, 2011 11:59 PM EST. The deadline for discounted registration ($425) is August 25, 2011 11:50 PM EST.

When will I receive my registration confirmation?

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation upon completion of their registration. Email confirmations will be sent to the email address used to set up the online account.

Is there a student price?

Special student pricing is available. To qualify for student registration, a valid student ID or class registration must be provided. Please check the registration pricing.

What about substitutions, cancellations and refunds?

Substitutions for conference registration are accepted at any time without penalty but must be made in writing. Please contact info[at]CityWorksXpo[dot]com by October 20th for more information.

What about people with special needs?

If you have special needs and require accommodation, please email a written description of your requirements to info[at]CityWorksXpo[dot]com by October 15, 2011. Should you require special hotel accommodations, please notify the hotel when making your hotel reservation.
